CONFIRMED no municipal water/sewer utility via deep-search pass (2026-07-23): the Township's own Official Plan (approved Jan 2018, still in force) states verbatim in Section 2.22.1: "There are no full municipal water or sewage services available in the Township and it is unlikely that such services will be available in the foreseeable future, unless required on an isolated remedial basis for health and safety reasons." The only exception is a private communal well serving one 17-unit apartment building (Miller Manor), not a municipal system. No natural gas distribution in Front of Yonge. The Ontario Energy Board's natural-gas franchise map records no franchise area here, and under the Municipal Franchises Act a distributor cannot construct or operate works to supply gas in an Ontario municipality without a franchise by-law the OEB has approved — so there is no distributor authorised to serve it. Front of Yonge is also absent from both registers of where gas is currently being extended: Ontario's Natural Gas Expansion Program (Phases 1 and 2) and Enbridge's own list of community-expansion projects.
